The "X" refers to the exact number of implants your doctor determines is best for your anatomy, giving Dr. Saleeb the flexibility to tailor your treatment rather than follow a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Unlike removable dentures, your new teeth are anchored directly to your jaw, so they stay firmly in place while you eat, talk, and laugh. Most patients leave our Antioch office with a temporary set of fixed teeth on the day of surgery, then return a few months later for their final zirconia bridge—a strong, beautiful, stain-resistant upgrade over traditional denture materials.

Do you offer sedation for All-on-X surgery?

How long will my All-on-X bridge last?
With proper care and regular dental visits, your zirconia bridge is designed to last decades. Dental implants themselves have some of the highest long-term success rates in dentistry.
How do I clean my All-on-X bridge?
Daily brushing, a water flosser, and interdental brushes keep your bridge and gums healthy. We'll show you exactly how during your follow-up appointments and routine cleanings.
Are All-on-X teeth removable?
No. Your final bridge is fixed to your implants and can only be removed by a dentist. This is what makes All-on-X feel much more natural than traditional dentures.
What if I've been told I don't have enough bone for implants?
Many patients who were previously told no are still great candidates for All-on-X. By placing implants at strategic angles, we can often avoid bone grafts and sinus lifts. Come in for a consultation to find out.
Is the procedure painful?
You'll be fully numb and sedated during the procedure, so you shouldn't feel pain. Mild soreness and swelling are normal for the first few days and are easily managed with medication.
How long before I can eat normally?
You'll start with a soft diet while your implants integrate with the bone. Most patients gradually return to normal eating over the following weeks. Your final zirconia bridge restores near-full chewing power.
Will I have teeth the same day as surgery?
Yes. In most cases, we attach a fixed temporary bridge to your new implants on the day of surgery, so you walk out with a complete smile.
How long does the All-on-X procedure take?
Most surgeries take 3–4 hours per arch. If you're treating both the upper and lower jaws, plan for a longer day. You'll leave our office with a fixed set of temporary teeth.
How much does All-on-X cost at Legacy Dental Studio?
All-on-X comes in three options:
- PMMA (Temporary Fixed Teeth): $11,999 per arch, or $23,998 for both arches. An entry-level option at a lower initial cost. PMMA is intended as a temporary restoration and isn't ideal as a long-term solution; its longevity can't be guaranteed, and repairs or replacement may be needed.
- Zirconia (Long-Term Fixed Teeth): $15,999 per arch, or $30,998 for both arches, saving you $1,000. A durable, aesthetic option designed for long-term function and strength.
- Zirconia with Titanium Bar (Enhanced Structural Support): $17,999 per arch, or $34,998 for both arches, saving you $1,000. Adds a titanium reinforcement bar for extra support when clinically indicated, based on factors like bite forces, anatomy and restorative needs. It isn't required for every patient.
With either zirconia option, you wear PMMA teeth for 3–4 months after surgery while you heal, then receive your final bridge. As with any dental restoration, maintenance, repairs or replacement may be needed over time. Dr. Saleeb will recommend the right option for you, and you'll get a written quote at your consultation. Financing is available through CareCredit, Alphaeon, Cherry, Sunbit and Proceed Finance.
