Why People Love Legacy Dental Studio ❤️
A Permanent, Full-Arch Smile in as Little as One Day

Personalized Treatment Planning
Every mouth is different, and so is every All-on-X case. Dr. Saleeb and our team take the time to understand your health history, bone structure, and smile goals before recommending a treatment plan. We'll walk you through every step, answer every question, and make sure you feel confident before we begin.
3D Guided Implant Surgery
We use advanced 3D imaging and digital treatment planning to map the exact position of every implant before you ever sit in the chair. This allows for more precise placement, shorter surgery times, and better long-term results—so your new teeth fit the way they should from day one.

Comfort & Sedation Options
We know full-arch implant surgery is a big decision. That's why we offer multiple sedation options to keep you relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. Combined with warm blankets, a calm environment, and a team that genuinely cares, your All-on-X experience should feel less like a procedure and more like a turning point.
What Is All-on-X?
All-on-X is a modern full-arch implant solution that replaces an entire upper or lower row of teeth using a small number of strategically placed dental implants—typically four to six per arch. The "X" refers to the exact number of implants your doctor determines is best for your anatomy, giving Dr. Saleeb the flexibility to tailor your treatment rather than follow a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Unlike removable dentures, your new teeth are anchored directly to your jaw, so they stay firmly in place while you eat, talk, and laugh. Most patients leave our Antioch office with a temporary set of fixed teeth on the day of surgery, then return a few months later for their final zirconia bridge—a strong, beautiful, stain-resistant upgrade over traditional denture materials.

How All-on-X Works at Legacy Dental Studio
Free Consultation & 3D Scan
We'll take digital impressions and a 3D scan of your jaw to evaluate bone structure, plan implant placement, and give you a preview of your future smile. You'll also get a clear breakdown of cost and financing options.
Custom Treatment Plan
Dr. Saleeb designs a personalized plan based on your anatomy and goals—determining the exact number of implants, the angles, and the materials that will give you the best long-term result.
Surgery & Same-Day Temporary Teeth
On procedure day, we remove any remaining failing teeth, place your implants using 3D surgical guides, and secure a fixed temporary bridge. You leave our office with a full set of teeth—no empty smile, no waiting.
Final Zirconia Bridge
After your implants fully integrate (typically 3–4 months), we design and seat your final zirconia bridge. This is your permanent, beautiful, everyday smile—built to last.

Who All-on-X Is Designed For
Missing Teeth
If you're missing most or all of the teeth in an arch, All-on-X restores a complete, fixed smile without the hassle of traditional dentures.
Failing or Broken Teeth
Years of decay, cracks, or old dental work can leave teeth beyond repair. All-on-X lets you start fresh with a durable, long-term solution.
Loose or Ill-Fitting Dentures
Tired of adhesives, slipping dentures, or sore gums? Implant-anchored teeth stay put so you can eat and speak with full confidence.
Bone Loss from Missing Teeth
Angled implant placement allows many patients with reduced bone density to qualify for full-arch implants without extensive bone grafting.
Who Is a Good Candidate for All-on-X?
Most adults with significant tooth loss or failing teeth are candidates for All-on-X. It's an especially strong fit for:
- Adults missing most or all of their upper or lower teeth: A full-arch implant bridge gives you a stable, fixed smile in one procedure.
- Patients frustrated with traditional dentures: If you're tired of creams, slipping, or covered palates, implant-anchored teeth are a permanent upgrade.
- People who've been told they don't have enough bone: Angled implant placement often avoids the need for sinus lifts or bone grafts.
- Patients ready for a long-term investment in their health: All-on-X is designed to last for decades with proper maintenance.
The best way to know for sure is to come in for a free consultation. Dr. Saleeb will review your 3D scans, discuss your goals, and walk you through every option—no pressure, no surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer sedation for All-on-X surgery?
Yes. We offer multiple sedation options to keep you relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. Your provider will recommend the best option for your needs during your consultation.
How long will my All-on-X bridge last?
With proper care and regular dental visits, your zirconia bridge is designed to last decades. Dental implants themselves have some of the highest long-term success rates in dentistry.
How do I clean my All-on-X bridge?
Daily brushing, a water flosser, and interdental brushes keep your bridge and gums healthy. We'll show you exactly how during your follow-up appointments and routine cleanings.
Are All-on-X teeth removable?
No. Your final bridge is fixed to your implants and can only be removed by a dentist. This is what makes All-on-X feel much more natural than traditional dentures.
What if I've been told I don't have enough bone for implants?
Many patients who were previously told no are still great candidates for All-on-X. By placing implants at strategic angles, we can often avoid bone grafts and sinus lifts. Come in for a consultation to find out.
Is the procedure painful?
You'll be fully numb and sedated during the procedure, so you shouldn't feel pain. Mild soreness and swelling are normal for the first few days and are easily managed with medication.
How long before I can eat normally?
You'll start with a soft diet while your implants integrate with the bone. Most patients gradually return to normal eating over the following weeks. Your final zirconia bridge restores near-full chewing power.
Will I have teeth the same day as surgery?
Yes. In most cases, we attach a fixed temporary bridge to your new implants on the day of surgery, so you walk out with a complete smile.
How long does the All-on-X procedure take?
Most surgeries take 3–4 hours per arch. If you're treating both the upper and lower jaws, plan for a longer day. You'll leave our office with a fixed set of temporary teeth.
How much does All-on-X cost at Legacy Dental Studio?
Our new patient special is $17,999 per arch (regularly $20,999), which includes guided implant surgery, your temporary denture, and your final zirconia bridge. Additional procedures may be needed for complex cases. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit, Alphaeon, and Cherry.
